How we authenticate

Every piece is inspected by hand before it lists. Here's exactly what that means — and what it doesn't.

What we check

• Labels & tags — brand label, care/content tag, size tag and any authentication label (QR, microchip, holograms), compared against known retail examples for the season.
• Construction — stitching density and alignment, seams, cuffs and hems.
• Prints & hardware — screen-print and embroidery quality, zippers, snaps and engraved hardware.
• Provenance — original receipts, price tags and packaging when we have them; we tell you when we do.

How we grade condition

• NEW New with tags, never worn.
• A Pre-owned, excellent — light wear at most, no flaws worth photographing.
• B Pre-owned, good — visible wear or a minor flaw, always written out and photographed.

When a piece sits between grades, we grade it down.

Our promise

If an item isn't as described, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Authentication codes printed on labels (QR, Certilogo) are blurred in our photos so the first scan is yours.
